Shared student housing in Berlin

The project aims to create affordable but at the same time quality and variable housing particularly for students and young families. Exploiting the advantages of a diverse environment, also enriching it with new aesthetics and possibilities for local residents. There are sheered apartments for students as well as private apartments of various categories in the building. The apartment layouts take advantages of the view of the Spree, to which the day rooms are oriented. The bedrooms and privet rooms turn to the quiet courtyard. Residents can use the common room with connection to the food terrace, which has two levels. Also the green courtyard with the connection the café.
